  • Seconded as a Team Leader to be the Change Agent of the Bank’s transformation program called ‘AFFINITY’ in October 2016 under the Credit Management Project model to conduct review and remodeling of Credit Management for robust business credit.

  • The implementation scope includes the vendor selection, design, test and implement the Credit Origination System.
  • Engaged with the vendor from RFI, RFP, POC until the SOW stage.
  • Lead and coordinate requirement and solution/workaround sessions with vendors.
  • Review FSDs, ensure all solution meeting requirements and minimizing SR raised and sign off the FSDs.
  • Chasing multiple vendors (system, testing, Bank’s host etc.) to close tickets in timely manner, meeting the given timeline of development and chasing for deployment of fixes.
  • Raised Service Request, review SOW and quotation and ensure completeness of UAT and sign off.
  • Resolved issues identified during UAT by engaging vendors, testers, project team and escalate to higher level or Project Steering Committee (GCCO, COO, Business Directors) whenever required.

The project commenced on October 2016 and all deliverables have been completed as scheduled. Leading the project throughout since the project kick-off until current phase.
