  • Responsible in preparing and finalizing full set account during monthly, quarterly and year end closing. Ensure timely and accurate preparation, analysis and reporting of monthly account.

  • Liaise with bankers on relevant documentation (eg: prepare loan draw down letters to send to bank) and to follow up accordingly. Also, involved in preparing documents required by banker for refinancing.
