• 1) Coordinate with internal team such as Project, Sales & Marketing, Account, HR, Legal, Tax and Customer Services department to accurately model past and future financial performance.

• 3) Analyze quarterly financial performance for 11 Hotels in Sunway Group.
• 4) Oversee full spectrum of finance matter relating to budgeting, forecasting, cash management and performance analysis.

• 6) Study and analysis for possibility and return for new investment in oversea country.

1) Supervise the preparation, maintenance, and presentation of all financial data internally and externally for subsidiaries locate in Malaysia, Philippine, Thailand, Singapore and Australia.

2) Participate in the preparation of various financial statement and reports, eg. Group Consolidation report, Quarterly report, IRR report and etc.

3) Analyze monthly financial performance.

4) Guide and advise the Finance team in Malaysia, Thailand and Philippine for the issue team members encounter in work.
