Supervise a team of HR Assistants & HRA Officers
Attend all HR matters such as training, recruitment, and employee Relations
Responsible for renewal of all Company Agreement, Licenses, and Insurance Policies
Determine and enforce government regulations
Liaise closely and maintain good relationships with Government Bodies (DOE, JKKP, PTG, PTD, JMG, NRE, PBTPG, IMMIGRATION, and LABOUR DEPT)
Preparation of Lorry & Export Permits
Liaise with the Ministry of Trade & National Resources Environment (NRE) for AP approval for export of quarry stone
Handling debtors' issues eg
Issuance of reminders and liaising closely with the lawyer on legal action to be taken eg
LOD, summon, bankruptcy notice etc
Responsible as Internal Auditor & Assist QMR of ISO 9001 implement and maintain an effective Quality Management System per ISO 9001:2004 standard requirements
Payroll management (SQL) ensuring data for payroll is accurate on all deductions, allowances, overtime etc
Monitor and review payroll, benefit administrator, and tax filing process with accuracy, efficiency, and timely manner
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Attend & report to all Directors from time to time and as when needed
Liaise directly with CEO, ED and other directors of the company on customers' legal status and other ad-hoc task from time to time.
