  • Responsible as Internal Auditor & Assist QMR of ISO 9001 implement and maintain an effective Quality Management System per ISO 9001:2004 standard requirements
  • Payroll management (SQL) ensuring data for payroll is accurate on all deductions, allowances, overtime etc
  • Monitor and review payroll, benefit administrator, and tax filing process with accuracy, efficiency, and timely manner
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Attend & report to all Directors from time to time and as when needed
  • Liaise directly with CEO, ED and other directors of the company on customers' legal status and other ad-hoc task from time to time.
