i. Purina Project

Another business unit in Nestle, bring the transport operation planning from manual to system, the end-to-end process. The previous operation process is manual as in planning to payment via email and phone communication only. Then we pull the Purina planning to payment via system as it is easy to track and visible in system.

ii. Reduced additional cost from AEON Co and AEON Big Purina Delivery

Take initiative to plan the AEON orders wisely so that we removed the waiting charges and save the cost for the organization.

iii. Engage with NYMS system team to bring the system to NDC

NYMS is another platform so called Nestle Yard Management system, the benefits are enabling self check-in and ensuring communication to drivers directly and reduced transportation cost by reducing the turnover in warehouse.

iv. Auto Planning project

Auto planning project, help the organization to reduce the manpower cost in planning. Previously the planning are done by the users then we established Auto planning project where we create the system with certain condition to generate the orders via batch job run.

v. West Malaysia to east Malaysia Delivery Project ( TranSeaIT Project)

The project aims to enhance system visibility by transitioning from manual processes, such as Excel booking and payment, to a system. This system enables the creation of three multiple Freight Orders (FOs) with relevant setups. With this implementation, we can effectively monitor the execution of shipments and make payments to carriers using valid shipment numbers.
