Project Management :

• Develop plastic automotive parts by using injection moulding, painting and electroplating process starting from design review until mass production. Successfully develops parts for OEM perodua (Axia,Myvi, Aruz, Ativa and Alza) and Toyota (Vios);
• Experience in research and development of new mold, fixtures and jig that will be used in mass production;
• Led cross-functional teams on complex projects, delivering results on time, within budget, and according to specifications;
• Proficient in in constructing Process Flow Chart (PFC) and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA);
• Competence in study and constructing new process that is needed for new product development;
• Prepare Bill of Material (BOM) for development items.

Sales and Marketing.

• Study and prepare Information for Quotation (IFQ) for quotation preparation;
• Able to prepare department and project budgetary;
• Prepare new product proposal in line with customer needs, driving additional revenue streams for the company;
• Understand and able to prepare simple costingm;
• Built strong relationships with clients, leading to increased customer satisfaction and repeat business;
• Communicated directly with customers and partners to build strong business networks and relationships;
• Negotiated favorable contract terms with suppliers, reducing overall operational costs for the company.
