Facultative Outward & Inward and Co-Insurance Outward & Inward

• Responsible for booking and releasing policy/endorsement transactions for Facultative Inward & Outward and Co-Insurance inward & Outward through CAB System (Central Administration Bureau System).
• Responsible to booking the CAB Co-Insurance Policy & Endorsement and Fac-Insurance Policy & Endorsement in GIS System.
• Facultative Outward - to offer Reinsurer the RI share for the risk exceed company limits and update the Underwriter with the current status.
• Reconciliation - to have a monthly meeting with Finance Team on the recon statement of account for HQ and branches. Update the status of releasing the policies/endorsements in Cab System.
• LSR (Large & Special Risks) - to prepare PCR for LSR policy and submit to Scheme Manager as per Reminder Listing provided by them.
• To prepare the monthly LSR report as per LSR Debit Note listing and submit it to Finance Department for payment purposes.

Marketing Support

• Manage day-to-day agent enquiries / services request through phone / email when Marketer not in the office.
• Coordinated with DMD/relevant department in processing agent's recruitment.
• Monitoring renewal expiry and follow up with agent.
• Assist Marketers to process Motor referral/decline approval.
• Support Marketer on credit control and collection of premium.
• Documentation, submission of cover notes to underwriters, and follow-up on policy processing.
