- Attend to phone calls and resident’s queries and maintain good relationship with residents
- Handle maintenance fee billing to residents, issue maintenance notice/ reminder, collect maintenance fees from residents
- Prepare and maintain proper filling or reports, invoices and documents
- Prepare monthly management report (MMR)
- Perform general accounting duties such as book keeping, data entry, handling of petty cash a banking of cash/cheque
- Attend and /or reply to emails from residents
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly report in a timely manner
- Collect invoice from vendors/contractors and coordinate the payment procedure
- Generate official receipt use CSS system
