Purchasing role:

• Sourcing and negotiation based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistic expenses
• Liaise with suppliers across the business and maintaining effective and professional relationships
• Collaborating with internal departments such as indoor sales/product sales to ensure enquiries and orders fulfill all customer requests
• Purchase goods/materials on behalf of company
• Coordinating with shipping agencies to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services
• Check and key in invoices from suppliers to company systems monthly
• Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping

Industry: Telecommunication

• Purchase goods/materials on behalf of company
• Liaise with suppliers from overseas especially China
• Liaise with Telco vendor on orders and delivery arrangement
• Coordinating with shipping agencies to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services

Industry: Telecommunication

• Handling company incoming and outgoing telephone calls
• Receiving and recording all incoming/outgoing parcels and documents
• Make phone calls to sub-contractors/ suppliers for cheque collection
• Documentation filing

Industry: Airline

• Handling ground customer service on behalf of Cathay Pacific Airways
• Manage all check in counter process and gate boarding process

including basic passport/visa verification

• Assist VIP to the airport lounge for both departure and arrival
