My name is Amir Syafiq Bin Azizan and I am currently working as a Senior Technician in Osram Front-End Kulim 2 under IT OT Department. My primary task is to provide support and solve 1st level issues that arise in the production area within the KPI targeted time (1 Hour). I am also required to provide assistant to 2nd level for various ad-hoc tasks such as KB creation, assist for tool related issue, perform E84 test etc. I am also passionate about technology related stuff and do part time jobs for building custom computers, cleaning services, troubleshoot, repairs as well as software installation for computer desktop and laptop environments. CIM Senior Technician

  • 1st level support of CIM systems (EI and MES) in daily operation of Wafer Fab and Front-End 2 Facility of Osram OS and to ensure the smooth running of the production floor.
  • Troubleshoot and make basic configuration changes for CIM Systems.
  • Assign and manage fixed IPs for production floor equipment.

  • Establish and maintain all troubleshooting documentation for new findings in a secured shared drive for others accessibility.
  • Learn how to troubleshoot EI for multiple types of equipment such as KLA Cirl, AMAT SEMVision, Onto Vertex, Candela etc.

  • Complete production 1st level support of CIM systems (PROTos) such as rollback, movein lot, edit lot attribute, adjust lot quantity etc.
