• Micro LED 8'inch Fab setup and gases and material readiness,Process tool setup and machine buy off with suppliers (SPTS & TRYMAX Neo 2400)
• Process qualification buy off (process input /output checking)
• Quality document creation (Process OCAP,Process instruction ,FMEA,8D report
• Process performance monitoring setup(Discover FDC,Space chart Cpk spec setup and also machine health check monitoring.
• Cost saving :second source gas qualification (CF4,SF6,forming gas H2 in N2.
• Support IT team to Setup AMHS fully automation transportation .

Role and Responsible :Deflux and High Pressure Rinse Process Engineer

• Start-Up team for Kulim AT&S Plant.
• Technical knowledge in IC substrate Assembly process.
• process owner for High pressure Rinse and Deflux process.
• collaborate with China counterpart tor tool and process

Role and Responsible :Unit Process Engineer (Dry Etching)

• New / second source part qualification for the process
  improvement & cost saving.
• Follow up line issue, SPC monitoring (Cpk Improvement),
  defect failure, tool Issue, failure analysis(FMEA),
  recipe improvement (DOE).
• Lead technicians to meet productivity and closely monitor
  production tools to sustain tool in good condition.
• Metal team scrap coordinator, investigate every single wafer scarp determine the root cause and feedback respective on the issue.
• Managed & troubleshoot daily operation activities
• perform compliance audit against treatment specification &
  newly established SOP besides controlling ISO
  documentation.
• Able to operate metrology and inspection tool's (AFM, N&K,Opti probe, optical leica, SEMVision, KLA and Hitachi)

Role and Responsible: MEM's technology Engineer

• Given 6 months to undertake task to perform OJT on
  semiconductor fabrication integration processes,
  specific for MEMS technology.

Role and Responsible :Plasma etching and Asher Process Technician.

• Recipe/Job file setup and optimization for metrology tools
• Support R&D in setting up equipment/recipes and resolving
  process issues.
• Engineering lot disposition
• SPC violation lot disposition

• Perform chamber /tool Qualifications after PM and UM activities
• Support production line to run lots.
