- Execute live event switching - Coordinate with the Engineering Team and TATA Communication MCR (or any other service provider) for live events switching and transmission.
- Escalate any on-air issues to relevant parties after performing recovery.
- Maintain and monitor lead hours and Playout operation related server space; Receive, process and verify the animation request if required.
- Plan, prepare and execute all necessary contingency plan for any corrective maintenance activity.
- Perform EPG changes after office hours/in case of overruns or underruns of live events upon request by higher management (i.e. Channel managers/PD) Play the role of a gatekeeper for zero material on-air discrepancies (material content, technical standards and program schedules).
