• Allert to with error prescription by calling and double check with doctor if got any prescription error.
• Important to know common paediatrics medication

dosage.

• Double check everything with pharmacist before dispensing to patient or give to nursing if patient addmited.
• Labelling a high risk medication if doctor prescribe to patient.
