• Operate distributor control system (DCS) for chemical system
• Troubleshoot problems regard chemical issues
• Apply checklist for plant startup, shutdown, material batching, and critical operation
• Monitor and optimize plant operation to achieve productivity, efficiency, quality, and reliability
• Control production and supervise maintenance activities to achieve smooth operation, quality, and equipment reliability
• Perform grab samples taken and acknowledge sending to lab timely
• Carry out monthly shutdown jobs
• Conduct regular plant patrols to identify process and equipment abnormalities in the area of responsibility
• Perform and maintain good housekeeping
• Carry out loading and unloading chemical stock activities
• Carry out a monthly stocktakes

• Blending flour by using DCS control.
• Assist shift millers to troubleshoot process issues.
• Ensure plant performance in accordance with the KPI set by the management.
• Attend plant breakdown in the shortest time possible.
