  • Consolidating, plan, implement, monitor and review the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) of Clients/Assets,
  • Establish Work Program and Budget (WP&B) for the respective assets, obtain approval from Clients and subsequently execute activities as per WP&B and monitor budget and cost so as not to exceed approved Budget allocation from Clients.
  • Monitor WOP, and PO submission from Vendors/Contractors and ensure timely submission of the same to company. Work with AIP Expeditor, Assets teams, Supply Chain Management focal person and Finance representative in ensuring that all Open POs for activities completed are closely monitored, tracked and timely invoiced/billed to Clients.
  • Provide first line supports to EIC's to provide the available allocation POB prior mobilize to asset.
  • Collaboration with CMMS team to ensure provide monthly WO task list for monthly submission reports.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to proactively drive initiatives for crew replacements as needed, ensuring offshore manning targets are consistently achieved.
  • Collaborated closely with Operations and Maintenance Engineers to strategize and develop comprehensive plans, ensuring the timely delivery and mobilization of critical personnel, third-party vendors, equipment, and materials to offshore locations.
  • Effectively managed and resolved operational issues, contributing to the achievement of a facility uptime.
  • Maintained tracking, updates, and monitoring of all activities
  • Initiated and performed IAP meetings to review progress, ensuring all registered activities were up to date and executed as planned registered in the IAP system to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Ensured all personnel mobilizing to BRT were fully briefed and aware of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) provided by the client.
  • Supports SD Coordinator in Coordinated offshore activities and maintained clear communication with all relevant parties.

  • Concurrently updates Head, AIP, on the overall shutdown progress, execution, issues/challenges and mitigation.
  • Prepare the Integrated Master Shutdown Schedule before the Planned Shutdown Pre-Execution.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Progress Report during Pre-Shutdown/Planned Shutdown and Shutdown/Planned Shutdown.
  • Analyze schedule performance and advise relevant personnel for any delay in work execution during Shutdown.
  • Coordinates with team members to ensure material, logistics, contractor, POB, availability by Planned Shutdown start date.
  • Plan, schedule and firm up Planned Shutdown windows in line with IAP process.
  • Monitor Planned Shutdown progress & initiate remedy actions on IAP where required if delays arise.
  • Establish & manage POB schedule for the duration of the Planned Shutdown to ensure accommodation availability for all personnel on board.
