• To oversee and maintain the project timeline to deliver on time without increasing the cost for both company and client.
• This also includes managing the labour cost and their work efficiency.

• Drive relentlessly in delivering progress for assigned projects and tasks.

Interpersonal & Communication Skill

• Build a strong supplier relationship based on focus to continuously improve together and deliver excellence & cost efficiency.
• Built a good relationships with client to ensure effective communication between the two parties

Risk & Mitigation

• Monitoring the current project closely to avoid being subject to a service level agreement (SLA).
  

Project Preparation

• Prepare project drawing by using AutoCAD, related documents regarding the project and meet with client and contractor for execution process.

Site and Monitoring Progress

• Attend project, site meeting,monitor and follow up with site progress work.
  

Site & Safety Management

• Experience in site management including fire, plumbing, air conditioning mechanical ventilation (ACMV) and electrical for building.
• Ensure all the site workers are strictly follow all the SOP on site.

Analyze Data

• Perform the process of collecting and analyzing data to determine the cause of a failure, often with the goal of determining corrective actions or liability
