Final Year Project (Title: Cloning of cDNA Myrcene Synthase from Aquilaria malaccensis)

• Performed Total RNA extraction using TRIzol reagent
• Designed specific primers of myrcene synthase for PCR
• Analyzed the DNA sequence of PCR products using bioinformatics tools, e.g. NCBI-BLAST, Expasy and Mega X
