• Litigation Department

: preparing Notice of Demand relating to tenancy matters, outstanding debt matter.

: preparing will, trust deed and related family arrangement agreement.

: assist partner in divorce matter.

: As retainer and/or legal advisor for Developer other company in variety businesses

:Counseled clients on potential outcomes of legal matters

:Negotiated favorable settlements for clients, utilizing strong interpersonal skills and strategic thinking to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

: Reviewing and drafting of Company's constitution, Employment Agreement, Service Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement.

: Keen and actively attending course relating to conveyancing and corporate matters on the latest development of laws in Malaysia

• Conveyancing Department

:Handling mainly Developer sales and slight exposure on sub-sale cases

: familiar with Schedule G and Schedule H and clauses relating to Housing Development Act

:attend signings, conduct briefings to foreign investors on legal procedures in purchasing property(ies) in Malaysia at Taiwan, Beijing, China.

: Handles basic company loans.
