Scope of Work:

Pre-Contract:

• Lead tendering process activities by preparing comprehensive documentation for new projects.
• Oversee evaluation and selection of contractors, ensuring thorough assessment based on experience, performance history, and pricing competitiveness.
• Prepare detailed tender evaluation reports and facilitate appointment of contractors.

Post-Contract:

• Preparation of Contract Documents.
• Manage preparation of interim payment certificates for ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Develop and finalize contract documents for new projects, ensuring all contractual obligations and specifications are clearly defined and met.
• Preparation of final account.

• Supported tendering process activities in preparing documentation for new projects.
• Assist in evaluation and selection of contractors based on factors such as experience, performance history, and pricing competitiveness.
• Assist in preparation of tender evaluation report and appointment of contractor.
• Assist in preparation of interim payment certificates for projects.
• Assist in preparation of contract document for new projects.

• Contributed to efficient procurement processes throughout preparation of tendering process.
• Assist in conducting site visits and gathering necessary data to create accurate estimations and forecasts.
• Supporting Quantity Surveyor team on administrative work.

• Responsible in clerical work such as key in data, compiling tender document, printing and faxing document
• Responsible in taking off infrastructure works such as road, bridge, and building works.
