  • A key priority in my position is leading the brand equity transfer and rebranding from Osram to Inventronics, focusing on strengthening our brand identity through targeted marcom promotion and outreach.   • As in my second role of Company Director for Inventronics in Malaysia, I am responsible for overseeing profit and loss, inventory control, compliance, and local legal entity management. Achievement :

  • During the challenging COVID-19 pandemic, I achieved strong sales performance for the OMY market, landing at EUR 1.5 million in CY20 (comparable growth of -36%).
  • I successfully drove recovery in subsequent years with sustained growth: EUR 1.8 million in CY21 (20% growth), EUR 1.95 million in CY22 (8% growth), and EUR 2.0 million in CY23 (3% growth).
