Petronas Sentinel Project Nationwide Rollout

• Emphasize meeting contract deliverables up to Petronas stardard and while maintaining overall profit and loss responsibility for projects
• Coordinated with PDB Head of Digital Department to plan cost-effective deployment routes for over 1000 stations and site lists, manpower allocation and team schedules to ensure smooth nationwide deployment operations.
• Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen events, such as COVID-19.
• Weekly meeting with Petronas Head of Department to ensures everyone is informed about project progress and address potential risks and issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with vendor to ensure that standby personnel are available during deployment period, particularly at pilot sites.

Shell GSS Cutover Deployment Nationwide Rollout

• Planned team task schedules and arranged manpower for sites in East Malaysia
• Conducted system migration for POS and Cloud-based systems, overseeing seamless transition to new systems.

• Planned and led project engineer nationwide rollout of Shell GST Deployment across 1000 service stations spanning East and West Malaysia within timeline.
