Cover all aspect in Mechanical Building Services design especially in Fire Fighting Services. Attend Coordination meeting, technical meeting, do tendering, preparing shop drawing, preparing as built drawing and coordination drawing. Able to use AutoCAD software to do the shop drawing, coordination drawing and as built drawing. Responsible in managing team for every project taken, handling document for Bomba Inspection and Checking Tender Document.

Cover all aspect in Mechanical Building Services design stage, coordination services, cost estimates, preparation of tender document, preparation of M&E calculation. Attend meeting with Client & Contractor. Reviewing shop drawing. Responsible in managing the building services department in feasibility studies, design, planning stage on pre and post contract with consultant team.

• Participated in checking the condition of lift on the working site
• Participated in the learning of car engine
• Participated in Safety In-House Training on Ergonomics Briefing
• Complete the report about the lift system
• Complete sorting the document using Microsoft Excel
