  • Ipoh Online Awareness - Double check every data, tables and graphs to ensure the information are accurate. - Monitor Ipoh Brand Awareness Adset Breakdown (Looker Studio), then key in every single data to the weekly report.
  • Competitive Review - Research all the information online, including competitive websites, Facebook, Instagram, etc. - Create PPT and included all the details to present the findings to Manager.

Admin Executive

  • Handle full spectrum of administration function in HQ and assist branches in ad-hoc tasks.
  • To monitor company cleaner daily attendance and administer company cleanliness and general rubbish disposal.
  • Manage and order office stationaries, equipment, pantry food and snacks with suppliers.
  • Handle maintenance of office equipment like phone, photocopier, printer & etc.
  • Stock counting and update report on monthly basic.
  • Handle pest control activities once in two month and renew fire extinguisher in company.
