- Responsible to New Smart Manufacturing using AVG Robot and ensuring the Smooth execution and improvement in the line. ( DIE attach process full automation)
- Assign /Focus Process Engineer and for the new Production development.
- Monitor, sustain and improve yield and quality level by reducing process variability through the use of FMEA, 7 QC tools, SPC and other process control tools.
- Perform line sustaining tasks which involves sustenance of control, upfront problem solving and maintenance quality of the products being produced.
- Perform Preventive Predictive and Preventive maintenance support to all Equipment
- Perform Machine Buyoff and Calibration based on the Timeline.
- Define and Document Equipment process requirement and specification.
- Perform Process characterization to optimize critical process paths to meet equipment specification.
- Review, simplify and optimize Internal Buy Off specification for equipment together with Quality Assurance Department.
- Participate in continuous process improvement activities to enhance Equipment capability.
- Conduct DOE with new materials, machine and product response for new product and new devices evaluation and qualification
- Conduct machine qualification for additional capability to cater additional load and package from customers
- Support Equipment manufacturing activities by helping to trouble-shoot and resolve process-related issues
- Transfer process knowledge to in house Engineers and Technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Define Equipment UPH projection calculation based on specific process parameters.
- Work with design engineering and assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high-volume products
- Perform investigation and provide correct and appropriate actions on encountered quality issues
- Conduct review and necessary update on existing process documentation such as FMEA, Process specification, Control plan, OCAP and other related specifications,
- Responsible for developing current process into a more efficient process, provide innovative solutions on non-value added and complex activity that enhance and ensure quality, commitment, yield and reliability.
- Responsible for providing and generating 8D report, executive summary reports to customers for any quality issues encountered and to generate other activities that can help with root cause analysis such as process mapping, machine mapping, materials review that can lead to true root cause to avoid any recurrence of the issue
- Champion for Developing and documenting specifications and standards for equipment, processes and product quality
- Responsible for All Equipment software back up and data/Disaster recovery.
- Work closely with customers on daily basis to understand their needs, support business change and deliver consistently high-quality customer experience.
- Responsibilities Perform hardware upgrades, configuration and repair for desktops, laptops, servers and network equipment.
- Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
- Coordinate with process development and control engineers
- Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes. Perform process simulations.
- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Perform risk assessments and Data Analysis
