• Liaising with Engineering Team (PM, SDE & TOP) and lead the RFQ Package process.
• Involve in tracking completion of RFI/RFQ responses of various internal functional team and suppliers per delivery schedule.
• Review and identified cost breakdown from supplier for each item.
• Negotiate contractual pricing (VA) with suppliers to maximize value, quality, cost savings and mitigate risk.
• Lead/participate in competitive solicitations, supplier selection, achievement of applicable Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), price negotiations and development.
• Involve & resolved in buyer discussion to solve their inventories and material shortages.
• Analyze data and cost models to create actionable insights which align to project, business objectives and category strategy for spend & savings
• Review and track Product Pricing for New Products and Production Kits (NPI, MOL)
• On multiple datasets from several sources, utilize database querying, data manipulation, and statistical analysis to provide critical business support
• Prepared Monthly Ops Review Report to present it to management.

• Analyze & Matched Agile BOM vs EMS BOM for Production use (Total usage of Qty Per, components added in and removed & unit price)
• Analyze EMS (supplier) and ODM (MSI) components cost for cost saving and cost avoidance.
• Quarterly Review for Kit Price from EMS and PPV claims.
• Provide support for outsourcing Category Managers to manage Outsourcing EMS supplier cost.
• Yearly on-site audit EMS Costing and NPPV issues.
• Coordinate with Buy-Sell team for any potential cost saving project and components.
• Analyze EMS (supplier) and ODM (MSI) components rebate claims.
• Involved with CM (commodity manager) for EMS cost analysis cost savings.
• Coordinate for cost variance between EMS and CM.
• Perform half yearly audit for EMS-(BOM,Cost,PPV (Purchase Price Variance) & BUBD(*Buy Up Buy Down).
• Lead the Quarterly & Weekly MR Sharing (*Priced Shared) to EMS to get quote from manufacturer or distributor to match MSI price.
• Quarterly & Monthly BOM Explosion in Tableau to blow down the spend report for Category Managers.

Project Involvement :

- Testing data for Quarterly Price and PO process in EBS Oracle.

- Testing data for Quarterly BOM, Price and Spend Saving in Tableau.

- Testing data for Internal MR Sharing used in Tableau.

- Internal documentation for Procurement Operation Team.

• Generate PR, issues Purchase Orders and Buy Back PO in pricing, terms & conditions that are negotiated and agreed
• Negotiates pricing, price reductions, inventory stocking agreements, supply agreements, lead time reductions and process improvements
• Partners with engineers and supplier to resolve delivery and quality issues, respectively
• Supporting two division, GEM and PED as a buyer for LTB team
• As shipment Coordinator, expedite urgent shipment
• Providing routing information and issuing shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct location
• Ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved so as to avoid delays
• Update and distribute weekly reports to CM
• Assist in the execution of email correspondence with the supply chain
• Gather information and produce spreadsheets summarizing results
• Update and distribute daily reports to CM
• Special projects assigned by management
• Scrub data in monthly report and also quarterly report to support management review.

• Responsible for material planning analysis, buying, expediting and inventory control
• Sourcing for direct materials and negotiate for pricing, terms & conditions
• Ensure inventory system integrity, on-time delivery, and purchase price variance of assigned projects
• Manage assigned projects from pre-production ram up to full production volume
• Manage overall relationship with and performance of suppliers
• Release POs to suppliers and/or inter plants and ensure supply confirmation
• Coordinate with Customers / Programs for consigned or modified turnkey material support and Engineering Change Order
• Ensure deliveries push-out, pull-in, overdue PO or PO cancellation in accordance with latest build plan requirements
• Prepare accurate material report and updating BOM
• Maintain inventory levels to target.
