• Engage with client to gather requirements/business rules and ensure alignment with development teams.

• To enhance system configuration (UX,UI), system stability, which in the end we will have a Solution which sustainable, future-proof and fit for purpose for all PETRONAS Business Units.

Project PISTOPS Phase 1:

• Experienced in Oil & Gas domain for Turnaround activity from starts until ends (Requirements gathering, development and support during turnaround).

Project TAMIS:

• (Turnaround Management Integrated Schedule): Experienced in turnaround project for displaying overall view of Planned Outage events like Turnaround, Pit-stops, Shutdowns, Catalyst Change windows for all PETRONAS Upstream, Downstream and GNE OPUs/Sub OPUs and its interdependencies.

Project VINCI (Variance Inspection and Collaborative Interface):

• Experienced in project turn around and variance of inspections.
• Track activities and related transaction during turnaround.

Project EPICS (Environment & Social Performance Integrated and Centralized System):

• Experienced in HSSE Project.
• To provide an integrated solution with centralized database, automated input from OPU, and ability to process big data for analytics related with environment and social performance data management for compliance and sustainable reporting.
• Project DigiTA 2.0 (Digital Turnaround): Experienced in Oil & Gas domain for maintenance activity for execution.

• Performing as hybrid Business Analyst and Product Configuration Engineer in Fraud Management for multiple application development, CR/projects, planning and managing project activities/ meeting, gathering and analysing requirements, documenting business processes, writing all kinds of project documents/ software specifications, writing test plans and conducting SIT and UAT, supporting project implementation, conducting user training/presentations and supporting project post-Implementation.

• Analyse system design and compare related system which is running; to provide a solution for each system performance problems such as duplication, invalid data, conflict in design etc.
• Involve in business requirement activities.
• Participate on UAT/SIT environment to ensure development fulfilled the business requirement.
• This includes monitoring, investigating the issue in real time and ad-hoc requirement from client.
