  • Manage a team 4 Managers with total of 65 sales team under student recruitment department (consists of Malaysian Student Recruitment (MSR), International Student Recruitment(ISR) and UoC Regional Recruitment Centers (Johor Bahru and Penang)
  • Effectively develop and implement innovative business development strategies to market and promote the courses and programmes offered by the University to educational institutions
  • Initiated and Spearheaded ISR Department from scratch
  • Responsible for the sales strategies planning and implementation for the Malaysian market with the objective of increasing student enrolment in the various postgraduate programmes at the University College/ University from various segments
