• Perform system settings according to the Unions Collective Agreement (CA) for pay groups NUBE, ABOM, Sabah & Sarawak unions.
• Continuously keep up with changes in regulatory environment changes that impact on the payment calculations
• Provide training and skills to internal users after systems changes/upgrades.
• Prepare HRMS system user guides and its continual updates.
• Track and manage all system change requests
• Work closely with various module owners in enhancing system changes and usability

• Monitored systems in operation and input commands to troubleshoot areas.

• Monitor project cost and man-days usage through out the year so as it does not to exceed the yearly allocation.
