• The technologies developed are related to subsurface geo-imaging, oil and gas exploration, production, hydrocarbons, and fluid technologies. The applications are developed either as High-Performance computing, standalone, or PETREL plugins.
• Starting in early 2017, the team's role was extended to include not only application enhancement and development but also application support, deployment, and promotion.

Selected Accomplishments:

• Led a high-performing team that surpassed KPI targets with an outstanding 1.26 rating, a performance that directly contributed to a substantial 50% increase in program revenue.
• Developed and delivered the Tech Apps Store as planned. The Tech Apps Store is an internal “Apps Store” that enables PETRONAS Research to deploy their proprietary application technology seamlessly to internal users.
• Successfully optimized one of the seismic geo-imaging processing speeds to 13 times faster than the initial code.
• Developed and delivered multiple applications that utilized Artificial intelligence, such as completion and production data prediction, waveform classification, souring gas prediction, and many more.
• Successfully integrated Agile methodology within the team framework to guarantee timely completion of quarterly application development goals.

• Successfully coordinate the initial setup and procurement of department infrastructure such as development servers, MSDN, and other development software.
• Skillfully formulated comprehensive technical proposals and successfully facilitated the acquisition of three substantial contracts within the company. These encompassed projects involving Integrated Operations Testing Teams, Custom Technical Application Development, and Optimization of Seismic Data Processing Code in High-Performance Computing environments. The estimated value of all contracts was RM20 million.

This complex process involved establishing a 22-member team for manual Quality Control (QC) of documents, as well as developing a data loading process for uploading QC-approved metadata and documents into the new system.

• Oversaw PETRONAS' Electronic Data Management System, serving as the primary liaison with leading technology partners including Kadme, Tibco, and Petris.
• Directed dedicated technical support team, ensuring seamless operation of key software such as WhereOil, OpenSpirit, and Recall Data Management.
