Quality control: Supervise quality control activities during the production process to ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, including quality inspections at various stages such as incoming materials, production processes, and finished products.
To oversee the daily QA operations by making sure the quality system are set up and implemented accordance to the AQLs.
Implemented OQC system in factory and ensured fastest detection of defects before reach final inspection.
Quality improvement: Analyzing quality data and communicate with various department for improvement measures to continuously enhance product quality.
Performed validation of production process to ensure manufactured goods is at highest quality.
Managed defect tracking system (input via PowerApps and output via PowerBi) and liaising with Engineering team to ensure its accuracy and with updated data.
Improved product quality with meticulous attention to detail in executing testing and reporting defects.
Check and identify on any deviations in procedure and work instruction against actual practice in Quality Assurance department.
Ensure sufficient equipment and facilities are used and calibrated.
Customer satisfaction: Respond to customer complaints and conducted root cause analysis for identified defects, recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences and carry out effectiveness analysis.
Quality management system: Ensured compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 by performing regular audits of QA system and documentation.
Review and update the Quality System procedure by ensuring the accuracy and validity of the Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Forms.
To ensure proper records are identified, store, protected, retrieval and retained.
Training and guidance: Provide training, guidance and coaching to QA inspectors including business directions, daily activities and safety training.
Assisted with the recruitment of new QA team members by participating in interviews and evaluating candidates' technical skills.
