Payroll & Staff Claim Processing
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of payroll (HR2EAZY Payroll System) and payment to employees
- To input overtime and other fixed allowances into salary
- Payroll processing for Southern Region
- Preparing payment by issuing PRF for statutory bodies by scheduled timeliness e.g.: EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, Tabung Haji, ASB, Zakat, PTPTN & SSPN
- Checking and verifying the Expense claim forms and Touch Point Claim and process accordingly
Staff Resignation, Confirmation, Renewal contract, Re-designation & Transfer
- Processing and finalizing staff resignation i.e
- Resignation calculation, acceptance of resignation letter, and issuance of resignation forms
- Notify staff through e-mail on their resignation Monitoring of staff renewal of contract before expiry and confirmation Prepare and issue letters for transfer & and re-designation of staff
E-Leave & Attendance Record
- E- Leave using the HR2EAZY system and manage to set up leave eligibility for new staff based on their entitlement
- Monitor staff attendance through thumbprint records, and issue reminders, show cause letters, and warning letters to those who are frequently late
- Respond to staff queries regarding E-Leave and other matters
Training & Development
- Identifying training and development needs within the organization through training need analysis
- Coordinate with external training providers to arrange for teambuilding, public or in-house training based on TNA needs and management requirements
- Ensure that the training arrangements are HRDF claimable
- Monitoring the HRDF funds to ensure funds won't be forfeited.
- Designed robust compensation and benefits packages to attract top employees.
- Provided updates on HR policy changes to employees to satisfy compliance and state laws.
