ix. Asset Scrap Form / Asset Transfer Form
x. Issue ERP for any asset purchase or non-asset purchase.
xi. Other matter related to admin which is not mention in the list.
(4) Participate in branch activities and events on meeting room booking process and coordinating with banquet team & building management team on the requested set up and equipment needed during the activities.
(5) Coordinating and communicate with relevant personnel regarding farm visitation for leaders or members.
(6) Handling Stockist Unit
i. Processing stockist application, resignation/termination, transfership or any related matters.
ii. Sales monitoring - generate stockist commission, stockist sales summary, stockist inventory report.
iii. Stockist Subsidy - prepare stockist subsidy allocation report and issue ERP for subsidy (paper), coordinate with Distribution Dept for stockist subsidy allocation for each branch (plastic bag and paper) and monitor internet subsidy allocation (finance dept)
iv. Cash bill cancellation and clear pending cash bill transaction
v. Perform stockist inventory adjustment on promo code / old code
vi. Perform stockist visitation together with branch PIC and prepare stockist visitation report summary.
vii. Attend every stockist meeting held by each branch
viii. Handling/processing letter related to stockist
x. Stockist Registration (during DXN Anniversary)
(7) Coordinating training (stockist unit) for new staff.
(8) MC for internal events & training
(9) Perform adhoc task - taking care of VIP and DXN guest’s need and any other task assigned by the superior.
(10) Assist PIC of DXN Cyberville (Ms Asawati Abdul Rashid) in special task & special project.
