Conduct research on given industries by collecting, interpreting and synthesising complex data and stakeholder inputs into actionable insights, and making recommendations on the way forward.

• Conducting research on the oil seeds industry in Europe for reporting purposes.
• Administrative work as I was able to speak and write in French, hence assisted the Regional Director in communications where relevant.
• Hosting oil palm stakeholders from Malaysia to Belgium and organised a conference on palm oil.

I was promoted to the role to oversee the SDLC section (8 Auditors) which performed IT Audit roles in all IT and systems related procurements and upgrades. The task also involved internally co-developing audit guidelines with the field audit section. Systems audited included the ATMs, cash deposit machine, overseas branches systems conversion (London, Papua New Guinea etc).
