• Manage and oversee land acquisition application & process until completion under sections 4 and 8 of the Land Reclamation Act 1964.
• Organise meetings and workshops on behalf of the client to coordinate workflow, update work progress, and resolve pertaining issues with all relevant state government authorities, i.e. Selangor Land & Mines Office, Kuala Langat District Office, Kuala Langat Municipal Council, Valuation and Property Services Department and others.
• Oversee land reclamation hearings conducted by Kuala Langat District Office with affected land owners on behalf of client.

• Advise, manage and resolve any land matters issues as requested by the client from time to time.

Manage and oversee the physical and online business sales and operations of BOBROCK Clothing, a men's plus-size clothing brand. BOBROCK Clothing is an in-house brand trademarked in Malaysia & Singapore.

BOBROCK Clothing is an up-and-coming men's plus-size brand in Malaysia.

• Manage day-to-day business sales & operations of physical and online retail business selling in-house design women's handbags and men's clothing.

• Collaborated with Selangor Mines & Lands Office, district & land offices, and local authorities to manage applications and resolve land matter issues faced by clients (housing developers).
• Assisted clients in navigating complex industry challenges with strategic recommendations.
• Evaluated client needs and expectations, establishing clear goals for each consulting engagement.

• To supervise and enforce the procedures & policies of the Selangor State Government regarding the transfer and extraction of rock materials in the Sepang district.
• To prepare and review rock material permit applications under Form 4B & 4C (Section 70-74 National Land Code) for the approval or recommendation of the Sepang District Officer for the State Authority approval.

• Working secretary for the Selangor State Standing Committee for House & Land Development.
• Secretary for the Selangor State Rock Material Application Committee.
• To prepare land administration and development papers i.e. alienation of land (section 76 of the National Land Code), the surrender and re-alienation of land (Sections 197 & 76 of the National Land Code), change of land conditions (Sections 124 and 204 of the National Land Code), subdivision and partition of land (Sections 135 & 142 of the National Land Code), and land transfer approval for the recommendation of the Director of Lands and Mines Selangor to the State Authority.
