• Collaborate with Licensed Land Surveyor to develop comprehensive endorsed site survey report and established site control stations for construction setting out.
• Establish baseline work programs as per contract and company guidelines; review project organization designs and methodologies; manage on-site construction progress, ensuring timely project completion.
• Establish tender bill of quantities which governs all trade to finalize all of the potential bidders cost to have the best appointment of construction works.

Construction Project Management

• Rigorously supervise the quality of core and shell construction, and Fit-Out works; engage in inspection and acceptance of completed works and materials; ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee and control construction project costs; participate in on-site economic evaluations to achieve cost management objectives.
• Manage on-site contract administration, including dispute resolution, claims handling, and support in bidding processes; review technical aspects of bidding documents and materials specifications.
