• Responsible for monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products for manufacturing companies
• Perform to maintain all productions quality assurance in terms of the parameters, heat input and materials
• Perform hydrostatic test to check system integrity under pressure conditions
• Perform flange management activities to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of oil and gas operations
• Monitoring PQR, WQT during welding to ensure welders perform alliance with the quality requirements.
• Performed visual inspections and non-destructive tests where appropriate.
• Reduced manufacturing defects by conducting thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Participated in industry conferences and training sessions to stay current on best practices in quality assurance and control, bringing valuable insights back to the team for implementation.

• Performed inspection, services, testing and troubleshooting instruments/mechanical for end users such as PTTEP (Sarawak), PETRONAS MALAYSIA and Shell Middle Distillate Synthesis (SMDS), DESB Bintulu and etc
• Inhouse Turcomp training in Electrical and Instrument technical and theory
• Testing and install electrical instrument such as positioner valve, limit switch and solenoid valve.
