• Agreement signing 10 years contract extension for One Stop Agency (OSA) for telecommunication in Pahang.

• Successfully planned and coordinated a high-profile Hari Raya event attended by Tuanku Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah.
• Engaged directly with EXCO Komunikasi Pahang on progress update for 5G development and JENDELA Phase 1.

• As liaison for EDOTCO with MCMC on industry issue and USP MCMC project, local council, State Agencies and government agencies such as PDRM, MINDEF etc. A part of site acquisition JENDELA project for site securing and managing the contractor and consultant for state land application, permitting progress and monitoring on CME progress until site handover to Part 2.

· Performed call failure and drop analysis throughout each of the drive test logs with in depth analysis of the coverage and quality degradation which happened to the planned new sites.
