7 years of experience as a Data Operations Administrator, managing Item Material Master for Vietnam and Indonesia Global Supply Chain, and providing backup support for Malaysia, Japan, and the Philippines. I address and attend any troubleshooting issues with appropriate solution and timely manner and support business projects related to mass creation and maintenance of Item Material Master.

Support for data automation Material creation with Project Global team for Indonesia & Thailand, collaborate with PLM team & Streamline team. Additionally, I analyze data accuracy monthly and resolve discrepancies, while also back up India Pricing for Base Price and Discount Upload.

Ensure daily, weekly and monthly tasks from verifying, reconciling, monitoring, keep a record for audit purposed especially forecast, cash flow, bank reconciliation and balance sheet are well recorded via SAP system. Besides that, to ensure daily payment should be authorized by authorizer via Citibank system. I also do create and maintain Bank Key creation via SAP system.

Besides that, to prepared and submitted GST reporting to Inland Revenue of Singapore (IRAS). Will work closely with BP Singapore Tax Manager to consolidated and finalized GST Quarterly Reporting for business OB&C, IST & Shipping. Finally, to submit the GST payment or GST claim via Inland Revenue of Singapore website.

Experience to lead CI Project To Implement Electronic Bank Statement in year 2013, from Feb to Dec. Has been work and communicate with few stakeholders from Center of Expertise (COE), IBM & Citibank team to aligned and automated 95 percent daily data bank statement from Citibank system to SAP system.

To ensure all invoices are paid in an efficient and timely manner which support by processing, verifying invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it all for tax purposes. Perform duties include receiving and logging invoices, maintaining and updating an accounts payable ledger and generating financial statements and reports. For monthly basis, involved in Account Payable month end closing relate to Creditors Account and monitoring Purchase Order outstanding report.
