Lead operation, maintenance, project completion inspection and pre-commissioning activities for the first LNG plant in Batam, Indonesia. Plant is equipped with production capacity of 50 tpd for the LNG-to electricity market, in line with Indonesia’s push for greener power generation policy and increased domestic gas consumption.

1. Construction completion inspection
• Plan and execute mechanical, electrical & instrumentation (E&I) work completion inspection based on designed specifications and contractual requirements.
• Develop construction punch list for engagement with project stakeholders and work completion tracking.

2. Maintenance of main process plants and auxiliary units
• Plan, develop and implement pre-commissioning and preventive maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment based on OEM recommendation and prudent industrial practices.
• Schedule, budget and execute corrective maintenance activities.
• Establish equipment maintenance data management and reporting.
• Initiate and coordinate spares stock check and working tools management.
• Initiate development of O&M procedures for plant equipment.

3. Equipment sourcing & planning
• Research equipment technical specifications and compatibility with LNG plant.
• Detailed engineering review and cost assessment with engineering team and vendors.

4. HSE management and technical knowledge sharing/ training session
• Establish and enforce safety first and job risk assessment culture in O&M team.
• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions on plant operation theory (process control and indications, DCS architecture, field instrumentation, electrical power distribution), equipment functionality and HSE requirements.

5. Project financial model assessment
• Analyze and review project financial model for tariff calculation.
• Develop business development pitch decks to engage PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) subsidiaries and other external stakeholders.

1. LNG Plant Reliability, Maintenance and Turnaround
• Plan and execute plant preventive maintenance activities based on LNOX Maintenance Policy and schedule to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the LNG plant.
• Perform root cause analysis and timely corrective maintenance activities on plant defects.
• Responsible in ensuring adequate and suitable resources for maintenance activities through healthy inventory management and procurement of materials.

2. Plant Condition Monitoring and Heat Rate Improvement Initiatives
• Diligently monitor plant equipment conditions (i.e. thermography, vibration and noise) as part of effective predictive maintenance.
• Initiate plant improvement initiatives

3. Appointed as interim O&M Manager to plan, execute and oversee the LNG plant O&M matters, fuel management and staff welfare.

Project: Brunei Shell Petroleum Well Flowline and Pipeline Dewaxing Campaign & Eastern Field Turnaround (2016-2019)

- Pipeline Dewaxing / Pigging, Pipeline Roto-car Jetting / Hydrojetting & Flushing

• Lead Operation Engineer for Brunei Operation for the dewaxing campaign for 62 wells operated by gaslift & beam-pump / donkey pump which flows to tank group facilities.

• Achieved 100% completion in Tank Group Cleaning earlier than the Level 4 schedule plan for the Eastern Field Production Group Turnaround in December 2017 and September 2018.

Project: Brunei Shell Petroleum NIOP Pipeline Decommissioning Project [Seconded to Serikandi Oilfield Services Brunei Darussalam] (2018-2019)
