• Overseeing the quality of services provided by the department
• Assisting the Manager with annual departmental plans
• Manages, coordinates, and influences all functions related to the safety testing, repair, and maintenance of biomedical patient-care equipment
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for medical laboratory diagnostic analyser in Hospital, Private Lab, Klinik Kesihatan & GP.
• Responsible as standby engineer (on call) on rotation basis.
• Experienced in supporting various laboratory medical devices such as:

1) Chemistry (Siemens, QuidelOrtho, BioSystems, Olympus, Abbott)

2) Immunodiagnostic (QuidelOrtho, DiaSorin)

3) Immunohematology (QuidelOrtho)

4) Hematology (Nihon Kohden, Zybio)

5) Lab Automation System

6) Blood Gases (Siemens)

7) Urine (Siemens, Humasis)

8) ESR, Bilirubinometer and Centrifuge

• Perform assigned planned maintenance, installations, repairs, adjustments, calibrations, and safety testing on biomedical equipment
• Troubleshoot and analyse problems with biomedical equipment
• Prepare technical reports and provide technical recommendations as required
• Comply with company policies and follow operational standard operating procedures and work flow
• Maintain a good service relationship with customers

• Arrange, supervise and organize manpower to required by work station
• Receive goods deliveries, allocate to storage units
• Set up all production equipment and materials during the shift
• Responsible for arranging the factory cleaning schedule
• Trouble-shoot problems, report promptly on issues that are not resolved to the factory manager for immediate action
• Ensure safety of production team activities
• Communicate clearly with other operational teams
