Overseas Unit, Human Capital Development Division

• Optimized work flow for Visa and IHS claim process for students to the U.K. and initiated advanced payment scheme for less privileged students.
• Eliminated unnecessary costs to JPA on university application fees claim for bridging students in South Korea.
• Created Wellbeing Survey for Preparatory Students'.
• Generated academic monitoring system for students in 12 countries using Google workspace linking JPA offices in 8 countries.

• Responsible for academic, development and wellbeing of 320 JPA scholars in France.
• Initiated As-Salam Project to connect students with depression symptoms or mental health issues with psychologists at JPA amid Covid-19 pandemic (current initiative was continued to Talian Kasih MERCY in the U.K.)
• Convinced top management to allow Alternance pathway policy to combine classrooms and in-company training.
• Managed first initiation of short-course training in English for Malaysian in-service officers at École nationale d'administration (ENA) Paris under fields such as management of local government & smart cities

ASEAN Economic Integration Division

• Project Manager for MITI, 50th ASEAN Anniversary in 2017. Led a team with support from MITI agencies to organize nation-wide awareness and public relations campaign with very limited budget.
• Involved in re-initiation of Asia-Europe Meeting and accompanied MITI Minister II to 7th ASEM Economic Ministers' Meeting (ASEM EMM7) in Seoul.

Bilateral Economic and Trade Relations Division

• Collaborated with MITI Offices overseas and agencies to optimize bilateral country briefs.
• Suggested talking points for YB Minister & Top Management for bilateral meetings in tandem with Malaysian Government's economic priorities.
• Planned and executed strategic trade missions to select countries for YB Minister i.e. Turkey, UAE & Qatar.
