I am passionate about reading self-help, which inspires me in my training design. Some of my favourites are Atomic Habits by James Clear, Outlive by Peter Attia M.D, Dale Carnegie's How to Make Friends and Influence People, and also Napolean Hill's Think and Grow Rich. I like to incorporate world-renowned quotes and insights from these self-development best-sellers to inform my programs. I now listen to audiobooks rather than read, in order to multitask and get more  done, and I also incorporate these in my training and coaching.
