Be the Marketing contact and host customers at the casino events and promotions.
Recognize players’ special occasions i.e. birthdays and anniversaries, invite player to celebrate in RWG.
Maintain a tracking system to manage databases and record pertinent contact, play information and assist in keeping database updated.
Maintain the portfolio of assigned active and inactive players and achieve results in repeated visits for inactive players and maintain players play activities.
Collaborate with Call Centre Reservations to handle room reservations for qualifying players’ in accordance with retention programs.
Proficient in the use of telemarketing skills to retain, attract, and develop new and current customers.
