• Achieved 0 cases of Internal and external customer complaint TFE quality related issue by developing, supervise, motivate and provide guidance to manufacturing team to ensure team is in high efficiency and morale.
• Achieved 100% production commit/OTD by increasing 10% OEE against year 2022 by Managing WIP accuracy, review and execute daily production schedule to ensure production is on schedule according to priority.
• Removed manual verification process (5 checklist) by collaboration with IT department creating e-checklist by tagging in system.
• Successfully completed cross training activity more than 3 process for 54 employees.
• Maximized revenue potential through diligent market analysis and identification of growth opportunities in emerging markets.

PS : New roles expanded to manage Wafer Sort and Inking process, fascinating and interesting learning curve with challenges ahead.

Responsible for the Tube making, Cannula making & Final inspection Major accomplishment in areas of:

• Manage to reduce Inter plant & External customer compliant to 28% by improving operator inspections skills by conduct GR&R test every quarterly and provide method of inspection.
• Created defect catalog for operator easily identify defect when perform inspection and standardize measuring method across all shift.
• Champion of GR&R Project & Mix improvement project for overall department.
• Increased IV cannula supply 10% (from 18mil - 23mil in qty per month) by qualifying tester & optimize available resources.
• Handling multiple of Non-Conformance Investigation Report (NCIR), CIR and CAPA.
