Primary Responsibilities:
PROJECTS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. Lead e-Filling Projects
i. Design process flow for e-filling system
ii. Implement e-filling system
iii. convert all hardcopies of employee documents to e-filling system using in-house systems.
iv. Scan existing hardcopies of employees from two entities (KL office & Penang office) to our system.
2. Lead ITWs Hiring and Simplify Employees Onboarding Experience:
i. Work closely with recruiter in their hiring process.
ii. Lead ITWs for their onboarding experience.
iii. Gives ITWs new employee orientation post hiring.
iv. Simplify onboarding pre and post hiring.
v. Simplified the documents submission for ITWs by preparing a checklist.
3. Implement New E-Letters (Travel Authorization Letter for COVID19)
i. Initiate new e-letters for travel authorization letter for employees to interstate/inter-district crossing during restriction movement order.
ii. Implement the new e-letters to the system in order for employees to generate the letter themselves.
4. Support RGL function:
i. Facilitate and support vendors or employees coming from Singapore to Malaysia for work purposes
ii. Consolidate all the required documents for RGL application.
iii. Submit RGL application with the required documents
iv. Notify PIC after application has been submitted and after getting approval from RGL
5. Digitalize HRGS as a function by continuously driving automation
i. Contributed to global/regional/country projects by sharing the accurate and complete country information in a timely and proactive manner.
ii. Implemented e-files and eSignatures for HR documents wherever it is legally allowed
