- Operated and developed processes on AMAT VIISta 1500H, VIISta 2500H, VIISta 900XP, EHPi500, VIISION 80/200, LT-3000, and LT-3100 Laser Thermal Annealing systems.
- Led process characterisation, qualification, release activities, and high-volume manufacturing integration. Developed and qualified ohmic contact annealing for 200 mm silicon carbide. Successfully led qualification and process characterization of the first Platinum implantation process on the E500 platform at Infineon Kulim Improved yield stability, reduced defects, and shortened cycle time using statistics. Investigated deviations using 8D, fishbone, and FMEA structured problem-solving. Implemented CAPA to reduce recurring issues and improve long-term stability. Managed process changes through PCRB to meet quality and reliability needs.
