- Provides quality control of KYC (Know Your Customer) and CIP customer information and assures verification in accordance with AML policy and procedure.
- To coordinate KYC remediation activities, initiate customer contact where required through the appropriate front line staff.
- To conduct commercial reviews on FCCRAM High Risk/PEP/SCC customers to ensure the cost of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) is justified and to ensure compliance with any regulatory and Group Standards / Policy requirement.
- Participate in the continuing strategic development of the operating model, and help validate proposed ideas/plans prior to implementation
- Perform checker function on client master records
- Responsible to verify and to ensure the accuracy of clients monetary injection.
- Processing all mandatory and voluntary corporate actions (stock splits, stock dividends, rights issue, general offer, IPO application etc) on global custody accounting system
- Conduct reconcile of monthly NAV report for private retirement scheme clients to EPF. Escalate, investigate of the mentioned report if required due to discrepancies against internal report.
