- Responsible to produce and manage by products accordingly.

- Responsible for budget planning

- Responsible to manage and control processing cost of the mill.

- Responsible for process control, quality of product and losses within control limit.

- Responsible for the safety of employees, machineries and others including of raw materials, products, spare parts and properties of the mill.

- Responsible to supervise & administer the operation and management of Biogas Plant (if any, depend in projects/mills).

- Responsible for mill cleanliness.

- Responsible to uphold labour standards according to National laws and international labour standards

- Responsible for ensuring that there is no use of forced labour at the mill

- Responsible for management of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, RSPO/MSPO, ISCC and others at Mill.

- Responsible to manage with regard to the internal and external affairs and crisis of the mill.

- Responsible in manpower requirement

- Responsible for career development and training of the staffs.

- Responsible to take action on audit issues ( SIRIM, ADK etc )

- Comply and follow the EMS System 14001

- Good practice of environment health & safety

- Comply with the procedure of OHSAS 18001
