As I am going to learn new experiences, I enjoyed working in a new environment. I have been part of leaderships programme since I was high school. I gained more experiences in leadership as i was chosen to be one of a student representative council of UITM 2021/2022. For me, being a good a leader is how you act and lead the team without any internal problem. Leader is not a green card to becoming a boss, leader is actually a figure to lead the team to enhance their abilities to becoming high potential team in the company. I believe good leader can lead the team towards more opportunity, without good leader the team has no encourage to step up.
