- GMP (Good Manufacturing Procedure)

- BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) & Documentation Training (provide exam after and before)

- Sanitation and Hygiene Training (provide exam after and before)

• Complete checking and sign off prior to completion of the transaction.

• Determining completed audit work for each quarter to review samples for QA, peer and focused audit work reviews.

• Completion and reporting of the preparation for periodic external quality assurance reviews, in accordance with professional standards

• Conducting ongoing research of auditing standards, guidance or industry best practices communicated by various audit institutes and regulators

• Liaising with regulators and other 3rd parties during external reviews of GMP and Halal practices, including providing draft responses to recommendations and implementing agreed upon action plans

Halal Executive

Involve in the Halal application/certification requirement & liaise with Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) on halal matters and connecting with others regulatory body.

- Passed handle Audit Halal by JAKIM on April 2023

• To establish and maintain Halal Assurance, Management System, develop and manage audit program as well as ensure compliance to Halal audit

• To maintain and update Halal documentation, Halal validity of all raw supplies.

• Liaise with Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) on halal matters.

• Handle Cosmetic Quality/ Safety Assurance requirements which state by Safety & Quality Division • Assist in develop cosmetic management system & SOP

• The act as safety committee and complete checklist for HALAL

Ensuring products comply with Halal sharia, HACCP and other requirements.

• Ensuring that every product produced has a quality that is in accordance with company requirements.

• Make reports in the form of daily notes on several important things in the validation process of several application features.

• Identify problems that arise regarding product quality.

• Monitor every product production process.

• Assisting the tasks assigned by Quality Control Supervisor to speed up the application deployment process.

• Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data

• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues

• Identify areas for improvement in the quality system

• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action

Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards • Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data

• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality

• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities

• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues

• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

• Responsible for document Halal management systems
